Cleanse your feet with warm water and towel dry. Cut the wrap in the middle and wear them while feet are still moist. Secure with adhesive tabs and leave on for 1.5 hours. Discard the wrap and rinse your feet thoroughly with warm water. Keep your feet moist. It is recommended to take a warm foot bath each evening. After 4 to 5 days and on, dead skin cells will begin to exfoliate. Do NOT force to peel or scrub! It will be naturally gone over time. Depending on skin type or current skin condition, you may experience the complete exfoliation of sole callus or only a slight exfoliation of dead skin cells.
